南方医院肝病专家团队创建的肝细胞癌发生风险的预测模型（aMAP评分）小程序。


仅需要利用年龄、性别、血小板、白蛋白和胆红素这5个常见的指标，


就能准确、简单预测发生肝癌的风险。


南方医科大学南方医院团队依托国际合作网络，


创建并验证了一种可适用于各种肝病的肝细胞癌发生风险的预测模型（aMAP评分）。


aMAP 评分由患者的年龄、性别、血小板、白蛋白和总胆红素5项指标构建而成，


将患者的肝癌发生风险综合评分分为0～100 分，


并将其区分为：低风险组（0～ 50分）、中风险组（50～60分）和高风险组（60～100分）。


再根据风险级别进行不同要求的筛查:


低风险人群，每年做一次超声检查；高风险人群，则要求3~6个月检查一次超声。
