不少“阳康”们

正在经历着掉头发的苦恼，

好多网友吐槽说：

甚至上了热搜榜。

那么，

阳了之后，

真的会导致脱发吗？

阳了，毛囊顶不住了

杭州市第三人民医院脱发专科主任医师戴叶芹介绍，

一个人一天掉发在100根以内，

都属于正常范畴。

“如果很多天不洗头，

该掉的头发全都集中到了一起，

确实会感觉掉发很多。”

但这并不是真正意义上的脱发。

同时她表示，

“脱发是感染后产生的并发症之一”。

感染新冠后，

病毒可能引起毛囊周围的炎症反应，

加上高烧、休息不好、精神压力，

种种原因都会促使脱发的加速和加剧。

因此，

阳康”们确实可能会患上休止性脱发。

“人体感染了新冠病毒，

会造成身体机能的衰退，

使得头发掉得也比平时快，

意味着更多的头发进入到休止期。”

脱发也有“潜伏期”？

戴叶芹介绍，

不是每个“阳康”都会有脱发的烦恼，

但“阳康”脱发的比例

比想象中要高。

“只是还没到时候，

脱发也会有潜伏期。”

她提供了国外一些文献的研究。

从临床数据来看，

“阳康”中约31.3%的人出现了休止性脱发，

每天掉发超过100根，

其中女性占到了73%。

“感染的症状越严重，

就说明营养流失得越多，

自然脱发就会越明显。”

休止性脱发有潜伏期，

在“阳康”后45-60天左右，

会出现脱发高峰期。

她表示，

杭州不少人是在去年12月中旬

变成“小阳人”的，

这就意味着，

过完春节，

不少人都会面临脱发的问题，

脱发门诊预估也会迎来一个小高峰。

三个月没好转，看医生

新冠并不会造成永久性的脱发。

因此，

从后遗症的定义看，

严格来讲，

脱发并不能称为新冠后遗症。

戴叶芹表示，

对于“阳康”后的脱发不需太担心，

“这种休止性脱发是会好的，

经过两三个月的修复之后，

脱发的症状就会消失。”

“阳康”们转阴后的康复期，

要保证营养均衡，

注意休息，睡眠充足，心态平和，

对脱发有一定改善，

可以缩短休止期脱发进程。

“要多补充蛋白质和碳水化合物，

多吃优质的肉类。

这个时候就不要通过戒碳水来减肥了，

不吃碳水也会引起脱发。”

“期待5月份春暖花开之时

大家都有一头飘逸的头发。”

“如果三个月后没好转

还是需要来看医生的。”
